Refund Policy
CANCELLATION
Yes, if there was a mistake or you changed your mind, you can cancel your order within 10 hours of completing your payment. Please email us at [YOUR EMAIL] letting us know why you decided to cancel your order with the subject line "Please cancel my order" as well as provide us with your order number.
Once your order has been shipped, we are no longer able to cancel it. You will need to wait for it to arrive and then initiate a return by contacting our customer service team at team.skinrecoverylabs@gmail.com
RETURNS
We want you to love your Skin Recovery Labs products! If you decide to return your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns when your skincare product is unused and unopened (for hygienic reasons) and still in its original packaging within 60 days from the purchase date.
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team at team.skinrecoverylabs@gmail.com
- We will provide you with the return address
- A member from our customer care team will assist you through this process
Important: The return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount. Your customer care representative will let you know in advance what your refund total will be and answer any questions you might have.
Returned products that do not pass our inspection process may be eligible for a partial refund. We are not responsible for the shipping fee to send back any product deemed ineligible for a refund or exchange.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order if you notice any items that are damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us the ability to evaluate the issue and make it right!
To report a damaged or defective item, please email us with:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- A clear photo or video of the damaged/defective product and packaging
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Products without original packaging or seals broken
We do not offer refunds for:
- Gift cards
- Shipping or handling fees
- Any promotional items or free gifts
REFUNDS
All refunds will be automatically returned to your original payment method. A member of our care team will let you know once your refund has been processed.
Processing Time: Please note it may take 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to post your refund to your account.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking and recertification fee will be assessed for all returned products to cover inspection and processing costs. A member from our customer care team will inform you of the exact refund amount via email.
